Mark Davis

Mark Davis joined Clarion in 2024 bringing over 30 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Clarion, Mark originated and completed over $24 billion of financing and advisory assignments primarily for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Mr. Davis has extensive transaction experience in all types of debt offerings, IPOs and secondary equity offerings, exclusive sales and restructuring assignments.

Mark received an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
