Chip joined the firm in 2025 having worked previously at Mariner Investment Group, Axonic Capital, and Perella Weinberg Partners. Chip serves on several advisory boards and is an entrepreneur having co-founded DSA Laboratories, a sports focused software company. Before finance, Chip served as an infantry officer in the 1st Armored Division in Baumholder, Germany and is a veteran of Operations Joint Endeavor and Joint Guard. He graduated from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business with an MBA in 2000 and from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in 1993.

Chip’s personal interests include, Golf, Soccer, sports analytics, and travel.
