Caroll is responsible for compliance policy execution, marketing material review, and AML/KYC matters relating to investor onboarding. Prior to joining Clarion in March 2025, Caroll worked on the Human Resources and Legal & Compliance teams at HQ Capital Private Equity. Caroll holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Herbert H. Lehman College. She is a New York State Notary Public and speaks Spanish. Caroll’s personal interests include traveling, baking, and salsa dancing.
