Most recently, Jeff served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of North America at Ascot Group, a global specialty insurance business, and Associate General Counsel at Coaction Specialty Insurance, formerly ProSight Specialty Insurance. In these roles, Jeff oversaw the legal functions in various high-impact areas, including acquisitions, divestitures, litigation, governance, investor relations, regulatory compliance, human resources, and equity compensation.
Jeff began his career at Locke Lord LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he specialized in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and acquisition finance, all with a focus on insurance or private equity. Following his law firm experience, Jeff served as a Vice President at KBC Financial Products. Jeff earned his B.A. in Political Science and Journalism at the University of Maryland and his J.D. at the Emory University School of Law.
