New York, August 22, 2017 – HR Outsourcing Holdings, Inc. (“HROI” or “the Company”), a leading professional employer organization and portfolio company of Clarion Capital Partners, LLC (“Clarion”), has been acquired by Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of human capital management solutions for small to medium sized businesses.
Clarion invested in HROI as a platform for growth and acquisitions in the human resources outsourcing industry, supporting the strategic plan of the Company’s management, Carl Guidice, CEO, and Anthony Danon, President & COO. Messrs. Guidice and Danon previously led Clarion’s former portfolio company, Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., which was acquired in 2012.
