Cross MediaWorks Acquires TelAmerica Media and Affiliated Media Group

JULY 31, 2008 (New York, NY), Cross MediaWorks, Inc. a leading multi-platform media firm that manages an array of media on a targeted and measured basis, announced today that it has acquired TelAmerica Media and Affiliated Media Group. The combined businesses make Cross MediaWorks one the largest independent media services firms in the United States.

TelAmerica, with offices in Philadelphia and New York, is the leading unwired cable network offering media buyers a dynamic, cost-effective alternative to traditional national cable network buys. Their portfolio of clients represents a collection of leading advertising agencies and national brands.

Affiliated Media Group is a full-service advertising agency and media buying company that focuses on the religious and non-profit markets and brand advertisers. Affiliated Media Group has built a strong reputation as an expert in the fields of marketing, promotions, and broadcast and has a strong track record of developing and implementing results-driven strategies.
