Clarion Capital Partners Recognized in the Top 10 Global Small-Cap Buyout Firm by HEC Paris-Dow Jones for Second Consecutive Year

NEW YORK, NY, April 15, 2025 – Clarion Capital Partners, LLC (“Clarion” or the “Firm”) announced today it placed sixth on HEC Paris-Dow Jones’ Small-Cap Buyout Performance Ranking for 2024, its second consecutive top-ten finish after claiming second on the list last year. With this achievement, Clarion ranks among the top one percent of funds.

The 2024 HEC Paris-Dow Jones Performance Ranking honors the global private equity firms generating the best returns over a 10-year period. The rankings are compiled by analyzing the performances of 649 private equity firms and 2,662 funds they raised.

“We are thrilled to receive this honor for the second consecutive year,” said David Ragins, Clarion President of Private Equity. “Clarion’s performance is a testament to the strength of our best-in-class team and the continued support of our advisors, LPs, and partners.”

Small-cap firms considered for the rankings have raised a minimum of two funds with an aggregate value of $100 million- $1.5 billion over the past decade. Clarion raised $648 million in their second and third private equity funds, positioning the Firm as the fourth-highest ranking U.S. company, and sixth globally on the list.

The award is one of several distinctions Clarion has achieved over the past two years, including its second-place listing on Pitchbook’s Top Private Equity Firm rankings, acknowledgment as a 2024 Inc. Magazine Founder Friendly Investor, and recognition on GCI Publishing’s 2025 Top 50 Private Equity Firms in the Middle Market list.
