Clarion Capital Partners Receives Consumer Restructuring of the Year Award

New York, May 24, 2016 – Global M&A Network honored Clarion Capital Partners (“Clarion”) for its acquisition of Reed & Barton at the 8th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala that took place in New York City on May 17, 2016.

Lenox Corporation (“Lenox”), a Clarion portfolio company, acquired Reed & Barton in April 2015. Lenox’s acquisition and reorganization of Reed & Barton earned Clarion the Consumer Manufacturing Restructuring of the Year award.
