Clarion Capital Partners Ranked as Top Private Equity Firm on Crain’s List of 2024 Best Places to Work in New York City

Clarion Capital Partners, LLC (“Clarion” or the “Firm”) announced its recognition as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work by Crain’s New York Business. The firm led the field in its industry, earning the top spot among private equity firms, and ranked 38th out of all New York City companies in this year’s competition.

Crain’s 2024 Best Places to Work in New York City showcases companies that have demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional workplace environments across a range of industries. The rankings are based on comprehensive employee surveys and audits, focusing on employee engagement, benefits, culture, and career growth opportunities.

“We are proud to receive this prestigious award, which is a testament to our firm’s best-in-class culture,” said Marc Utay, Clarion Managing Partner. “This distinction reflects Clarion’s success in fostering a collegial, collaborative environment where our employees feel valued and see a path for long term success at the firm.”

This award is one of several distinctions Clarion has achieved over the past year, including its second-place ranking on the HEC Paris Business School-Dow Jones Small-Cap Buyout Performance list, recognition on GCI Publishing’s 2024 Top 50 Private Equity Firms in the Middle Market list, and second-place listing on Pitchbook’s Top Private Equity Firm rankings.
